Dalmatia Events D.O.O. – Terms Of Service 

This Terms of Service Agreement (the “Terms” or Agreement”) is an agreement between you (the “Client” or “your”) and Dalmatia Events D.O.O. (“we” us” or “our”). We work with Clients to provide the best event experience and client experience when using our information provided on the website. This Agreement explains our obligations to you, and your obligations to us. By using the Service in any way you are agreeing to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or conditions or guidelines posted on the site. If you have been provided access to the Service through your relationship with a third-party company, you acknowledge that such company is not a party to this Agreement.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be changed from time to time. You should review the Terms regularly to know about our practices. If changes are made, the date at the top of the policy will be updated indicating to you that a change has been made. We may at our discretion, provide you with additional notice (such as sending you an email notification). Any changes we make to these Terms will be effective when they are posted. If you use the Service after we have posted the changed Terms, then you have accepted the changes to these Terms.

Right to Use the Service

So long as you fully comply with these Terms, Dalmatia Events D.O.O. is providing the booked event service.

Event services


NOTE: The service list can be amended upon individual agreement with the client, that will be noted in the individual contract.

Planning and organization

» Unlimited communication (e-mail, Skype, phone) during the business hours

» Personalized budget with the payments schedule

» Keeping track of the contracts and the payments schedule

» Wedding checklist created and maintained

» Customized updates via e-mail

» Ceremony, reception & rehearsal/welcome/cocktail hour venue suggestion

» Venue booking and maintenance

» Vendor referrals based on style, vision and personality – location, floral, decor, rentals, lighting, linens, music, food and beverages, photographer, cinematographer, gift bags, transportation

» Meetings, negotiations and coordination/communication with the vendors on client’s behalf

» Assistance with cocktail hour, reception dinner etc. menu selection

» Coordination of vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner

» Assistance with the venue and vendor visits

» Assistance with the wedding day program/timeline planning and itinerary for the couple, vendors and wedding officiants/program managers (ceremony and reception).

» Final timelines prepared the month of the wedding

» Making client approved wedding purchases on behalf of the client

» Paying the vendors upon agreement with the client


„One day before the wedding” management and assistance

» Meeting with the couple, updates and discussion about the wedding day timeline

» Helping delivering any client’s belongings, decor items etc to the venues

» Assisting with the hair / make up trials if needed

» Visiting the ceremony and reception venues


Day of the wedding management and assistance

» Coordination of the flow of events during the wedding day based on the wedding timeline until the end of official protocol

» Venues set up: seating, decorations, flowers, wedding favors, seating plans

» Supervising vendor arrivals, deliveries, set up (photographer, florist, band, DJ, rentals etc.)

» Guest transportation coordination to and from ceremony, cocktail and reception

» Assistance with any client’s needs during the day


Day after the wedding management and assistance

» Follow-up meeting to review the wedding and misc payments

» Return all wedding items and belongings collected at clean-up


Legal assistance (if required)

» Receiving your documents, submitting them to the marriage office, booking the wedding day

» Collecting the needed documents here in Croatia, getting them legally translated

» Arranging a court sworn interpreter for the ceremony fee (the ceremony is in Croatian by law)

» Assistance during the meeting with the obligatory marriage office (2-3 days before the wedding)

» Translating and mailing all the needed paperwork back to your country

The client is obliged to transfer the needed advances and payments for the vendors as well as the service fee for agency. Agency is obliged to prepare a wedding budget and ensure that paid advances are included in final fees.

The client is obliged to pay:

– non – refundable advance 7 (seven) days after the contract has been signed. The advance is included in the final wedding planning fee. The sum of the advance is defined in the contract.

– the remaining service fee wedding fee 7 (seven) days before the wedding date. The sum of the fee is defined in the contract.

Agency is not responsible for venue and wedding program changes due to natural or objective causes such as rain storm etc.

In the event of the client’s cancellation all payments made to the vendors are non-refundable and all outstanding payments will be due immediately.

The client holds final responsibility for the client’s safety and the possible behavior consequences during the wedding day.

Choice of Law and Forum

This Agreement and any dispute arising from the relationship between the parties to this Agreement, will be governed and determined by Croatian law, including any laws that direct the application of another jurisdiction’s law. Any dispute that arises under or relates to this Agreement will be resolved exclusively in the Court of Split, Croatia, and the parties expressly waive any right they may otherwise have to cause any such action or proceeding to be brought or tried elsewhere.

Third Party Materials

Dalmatia Events D.O.O. does nor share/use customer data with third party materials.

Changes to the Service

Dalmatia Events D.O.O. reserves the right to make changes to the Terms from time to time. When changes are made, Dalmatia Events D.O.O. will make a new copy of the Terms available. Wise Labs will not be liable to you or any third party for any changes or discontinuance of the Service or any part of the Service.

Consent to Electronic Communications

By using the Service, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding your use of the Service and that any notices, agreements, disclosures or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that the communications be in writing. To withdraw your consent from receiving electronic notice, please notify us at hello@weddings-croatia.com


Enforcement of these Terms is solely at Dalmatia Events D.O.O.  discretion. Failure to enforce any part of these Terms in some instances does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce the same or other part of these Terms in other instances. As used in these Terms, “including” means “including (without limitation).” The section headings these Terms and are for reference purposes only and will not affect the meaning or interpretation of these Terms. You should never use an App while operating your vehicle.


If any provision of these Terms is or becomes unlawful, void or otherwise unenforceable (including the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations above), then that provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
