We step in four weeks before the wedding to review everything, catch anything missing, and prepare the day-of run sheet. On the day itself, we're there from morning setup until the music ends — handling vendors, transport, timing, and anything unexpected. You're off-duty from the moment we arrive.

Four weeks before the wedding:
• Full review of your existing plan, vendors, and timeline — we catch what's missing
• Final vendor confirmations — we take over communication with your suppliers
• Detailed day-of run sheet — minute by minute, shared with every vendor
On the wedding day:
• On-site from morning setup to end of the night
• Vendor arrival coordination and setup oversight
• Guest and wedding party transport
• Ceremony and reception timing — no waiting, no awkward gaps
• Announcements, speeches, and key moments cued at the right time
• Personal items moved from ceremony to reception (rings, signing books, gifts, flowers)
• Final vendor payments handled on your behalf
